Hair Conditioner: Apply a small amount of the Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Hair Growth Oil to the scalp. Gently massage from root to tip of hair three times per week, before bed.
Hot Oil Treatment: Apply the Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Hair Growth Oil to the scalp, cover with plastic cap, sit under hair dryer for 30 minutes, then thoroughly shampoo hair with the Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil Shampoo.
TIP: Small amounts can be used nightly before bed. No need to rinse out.
